I stopped in a few weeks ago for some information on what they offer. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy was I in for a treat!!
The receptionist greeted me with a smile,asked how she could help and gave me her full attention. I could tell she genuinely cared about me as a customer and really went above and beyond!! Customer service was a WOW, And that's saying something these days. Truely taken care of and treated with appreciation as a customer. The facility is well maintained and very clean. I will use Lakeshore Spa always,and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for your wonderful service.

He zeroed in on my tight shoulders and lower back (all that desk time!) with expert pressure and smooth, targeted strokes. No fluff, just pure relief in under an hour.
The lakeside vibe is still as calming as ever—soft lights, gentle water sounds, and that signature lavender scent. Staff is friendly, check-in was seamless, and the price is spot-on for the quality.

I haven't had a massage in many years and today I feel like jello.... Shaneel you are amazing. I haven't felt this good in years and can actually move my neck and arms without pain.

Had a wonderful experience at the Lakeshore Spa! Went in for a pedicure and it was an absolute treat for my feet! The staff and the owner are all amazing people and they will make sure you are taken care of!
