I stopped in a few weeks ago for some information on what they offer. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy was I in for a treat!! The receptionist greeted me with a smile,asked how she could help and gave me her full attention. I could tell she genuinely cared about me as a customer and really went above and beyond!! Customer service was a WOW, And that's saying something these days. Truely taken care of and treated with appreciation as a customer. The facility is well maintained and very clean. I will use Lakeshore Spa always,and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for your wonderful service.
