8 Hours of Simmering. Zero Wait Time.

We believe premium flavors shouldn't require a premium wait. Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is built on two things: a relentlessly flavorful, 8-hour slow-cooked shrimp broth, and a fast-paced, high-energy dining room.

We traded the traditional heavy pork broths for a smoky, wok-fired seafood umami that hits entirely different. Whether you are grabbing a quick bowl between meetings at the Spectrum or sitting down for a feast at the Americana, our cross-trained crew is built for speed, hospitality, and getting the best bowl of noodles you've ever had in front of you, right when you need it.

Not sure how long they will have the chicken and rice and the laksa but the chicken and rice was just about as authentic as eating at a hawker center in singapore. Excellent we loved it. The laksa soup was excellent but the noodles were little soft and not as satisfying. Although that texture is probably the way its supposed to be as that was very similar as ive had in singapore. Just a personal preference i prefer to have more chewy noodles. Their signature trio shrimp noodles were great. We got the thick noodles and it was very tasty. We would def go back for the chicken and rice but the signature noodles were very good also.

This place was phenomenal! My wife and I stopped here while driving back from a day in LA not knowing what to expect (especially since it's in a little food court in the back of Bloomingtons) but it did not disappoint! We had the Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle bowl, spring roles, cucumber, and chili oil. Let me be 100% clear when I say that the food was great on its own but the chili oil took it to a whole new level. Oh and they give plenty to take home for round 2! The service was really a step above anything I would have expected as well. Unfortunately I'm writing this review a couple weeks after our visit so I've forgotten the names of the 3 guys that were there on that Friday evening but they all took phenomenal care of us. Constantly checking to make sure we had what we needed, refills without any need to flag someone down and they made the visit so much fun. Honestly it was the level of service you expect somewhere paying 3-5x as much and the food was fantastic!

First time trying Le Shrimp after hearing my friends recommend it so much & I’m glad I listened! Came here for dinner on a Saturday around 7pm after shopping in the mall. Had a minimal wait (~5mins) to get seated. Ordering is via QR code but since the phone service & mall internet weren’t the best, we just placed our order directly via our server. I couldn’t decide what to order, but I ultimately opted for the signature trio (see photo). The food came out smelling so good, and it tasted just as good! While I wouldn’t eat here on a regular basis, it is definitely great to have every once in a while when close by (or if you’re just craving shrimp noodles). I would definitely want to try everything else they have if I’m ever back!

First time at this restaurant. Very popular and usually there's a line for a table. We got seated quickly for a table for 2. Very friendly staff but everything is ordered through QR code so the servers didn't really check in on us except to clear the table. Food was good, but I didn't find it extraordinary.

We stopped in Irvine on our way from LAX to San Diego to feed our baby and grab a quick bite. Near South Coast Plaza, we found a food court at Bloomingdale’s and decided to try a Japanese shrimp noodle spot. We ordered a set meal with wonton shrimp noodle soup, spring rolls, and tea. The shrimp broth was flavorful, but the noodles were just okay, and the prices were on the higher side. The experience was quite chaotic as we juggled our fussy baby, and my husband even spilled soup on himself in the rush. Overall, the service was great, and the environment was nice, but unless you’re specifically craving shrimp noodle soup, there might be better options around.
