Astron Energy Gelvandale Loyalty Program: Terms & Conditions

1. Program Scope & Eligibility
2. This loyalty program is exclusive to Astron Energy Gelvandale. Rewards can only be earned and redeemed at this specific site and are not valid at any other Astron Energy location.
3. Participation is free and voluntary for individual customers.
4. Exclusions: FleetSync customers, government departments, and any private companies already receiving fuel discounts are ineligible to participate in this program.
5. Earning Rewards
6. Qualifying Purchases: Rewards are earned on fuel transactions (Petrol and Diesel) only.
7. Minimum Spend: A minimum fuel purchase of R100.00 per transaction is required to qualify for rewards.
8. Earn Rate: Customers will earn 1% of the total fuel purchase value in reward points.
9. Non-Qualifying Items: Purchases made in the Astron Energy Shop (convenience store) do not earn rewards.
10. Redemption of Rewards
11. Rewards may be redeemed for Fuel or for purchases within the Astron Energy Gelvandale Shop.
12. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for currency.
13. App Usage & Real-Time Allocation
14. This program is app-based. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have an active data connection or their unique QR Code available at the time of purchase.
15. Rewards must be allocated at the time of the transaction. We cannot retroactively allocate rewards for past purchases or if the QR code was not presented during fueling.
16. Expiration of Reward Points
17. Validity Period: Reward points expire three (3) months from the date they were earned.
18. Monitoring: Customers are responsible for tracking their own points and expiration dates via the app. As this is an automated system, no manual extensions or correspondence regarding expired points will be entered into.
19. General Terms & Termination
20. We reserve the right to terminate or amend this program at any time. While we will endeavour to provide notice, termination may occur without prior warning.
21. In the event of program termination, we will honour and fulfil all valid, unexpired rewards already earned by customers.
22. These terms are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
