Terms & Conditions

1. Reward Qualification

Clients who spend a cumulative total of R2500 qualify to receive R250 off their next service.

2. Services Only

The R250 reward is valid on treatments and services only.

It is not valid on retail products, including but not limited to regime products or any other items sold in the salon.

3. No Double Discounts

The R250 reward may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, special offer, discounted service, package deal, or voucher.

The reward is valid on full-priced treatments only.

4. Non-Transferable

The reward is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the qualifying client.

5. No Cash Alternative

The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunded in any form.

6. Validity Period

The reward must be redeemed within three (3) months from date of issue.

7. One-Time Use

The reward may only be used once and must be redeemed in a single transaction.

8. Right to Amend

Kreationshbs reserves the right to amend or terminate the loyalty programme at any time without prior notice.
